Iridescent Data is a group of professionals with deep expertise and experience in the strategic and tactical use of data, and with deep knowledge of selling data & analytics to consumer product goods (CPG) manufacturers, CPG retailers (Grocery, Club, Convenience, Dollar, Drug, Mass Merchandisers, eCommerce, Liquor, Automotive and Restaurants), Media Agencies, Sales Agencies and Distributors.

Robert Berg

Robert knows how to lead new solution commercialization and deliver incremental revenue results for your business. He has been “the head of the spear” as a leader responsible for launching, commercialization and speeding adoption of data solutions for over 15 years.  Robert has been using a hands-on approach to help organizations better use data, measurement, advanced analytics and data tools to drive revenue and profits through a companies’ sales and marketing processes. He has been working with hundreds of clients – large, medium and startup – (e.g., PepsiCo, Safeway, Campbell’s, KeHE, Insignia Systems, MMI, etc.) and has personally trained thousands of professionals. Robert has worked at IRI, IBM, PwC and founded his own companies. He serves as an advisor to Center for Advancement of Innovation, Norwalk Powder Metal Manufacturing and other companies. He has an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and undergraduate degree from University of Michigan.

Having spent most of her professional life at a global big data & technology company, she ran the Learning & Development team serving over 5,000 employees around the world.  Her expertise in data analysis, consultative selling, and leadership development allows her to build strong employee programs that drive bottom line growth. Today, she partners with CEOs from small to mid-sized companies to design growth and cultural change strategies to embrace a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Hal knows growing data revenue, data value, and building partnerships that drive profitability for everyone involved.  Hal has worked with his clients in Direct Marketing, Consumer Promotion, Shopper Marketing, Category Management and Consumer Market Research.  He has worked with clients of all sizes in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry.  His focus has been on helping clients understand the insights and value from their data. Hal has corporate experience with Information Resources, News America Marketing, Catalina Marketing, and Metromail (Experian).  Hal holds a Master in Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Michigan

June knows data management.  June is known for cross-functional leadership, collaboration, organization, translation, and communication skills that drive partnerships and growth both internally and externally.  She has been a part of the CPG, CPG retail, media, sales agencies and distributors network for over 15 years.  June is a master at connecting the dots and determining how valid, consistent and usable various data sources are. She has worked with hundreds of clients – large, medium and startup  – (e.g., Walgreens, Keurig Dr. Pepper, Hershey, Albertsons Companies, McCormick, JBS Meats, Smithfield, Sunset Foods, etc.) and has lead data quality counsels for many clients. June has an MSIS from DePaul University and undergraduate business degree from University of Wisconsin.  In her spare time, she enjoys creating new experiences with her twin sons.

He has over 18+ years of experience in leading and implementing strategic large-scale global implementation operations having high visibility.  Highly experienced leading programs leveraging Waterfall and Agile engagements. Led many complex Data Integration engagements with large and mid-size Pharmaceutical clients (J&J, Pfizer, GSK, Novartis, Allergan, Bayer, Dr. Reddy’s, Merck and others), Financial clients (Barclay’s, JPM Chase, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, UBS) and Market Research/Insight companies on program and operations management, and product development utilizing technology as an enabler. Ankit is also an experienced client engagement and implementation leader and has managed complex Confections vertical, and leading large-scale implementation of multi-million-dollar program ($40MM) spanning multiple projects including data analytics, customer insights, POS data integration, conversion, risk assessment, mitigation, and automating data remediation. Led multiple site performance through Key Performance Indicators, training & development, performance management & data reporting & analysis.
